Game Tickets

Game tickets are included in the travel package. Should you obtain your own game tickets, a deduction of $150 can be taken. All deductions must be made no later than August 1, 2018.

Fans are encouraged to bring ONLY necessary items to football games at Michigan Stadium. All subjects and items are subject to search.

  • Animals (except service animals for persons with a disability)
  • Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
  • Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, cans, flasks)
  • Flags and flagpoles
  • Food of any kind
  • Irritants
  • Projectiles (including footballs, Frisbees and beach balls)
  • Seat cushions containing any type of metal or those with pockets, storage slots, seat backs, arm rests, or attachments of any kind
  • Strollers
  • Video camera, tripods and selfie sticks
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons
  • Any other item that may obstruct or impair the view or enjoyment of another attendee
 
Changes in national and regional security levels may affect security procedures at Michigan Stadium. Medical exceptions will be addressed individually at the gates. Those requiring necessary items (e.g., diapers for a baby, medical prescriptions, etc.) are encouraged to carry them into the stadium in a clear plastic bag.

SPECIAL CHILDREN'S PRICING

Reservations may be made by calling toll-free (800) 788-4414 or booking online. All reservations will be acknowledged with a confirmation on a first-come, first-served basis. 
Children’s rates are limited to those 12 years of age or under sharing a room with at least one adult and using existing bedding configuration (i.e., if 2 adults and a child/children occupy a room, the adults will be charged the double price and the children the child’s price. If the room is occupied by 1 adult and a child/children, the adult will be charged the single price and the children the child’s price.)
Collegiate Athletic Travel makes every effort to contract with providers of lodging, transportation and entertainment which fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special travel or accommodation needs, you must notify us in writing as to the nature of any special accommodations or needs you may require. Collegiate Athletic Travel nor any of the providers of transportation, lodging or entertainment can ensure special accommodations without advance notice. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be completely responsible for providing all required assistance. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of this trip who, in the opinion of Collegiate Athletic Travel is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on the trip.

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to reserve space.  Final balance is due October 1, 2018. Reservations received after October 1, 2018 will be on a space available basis will require full payment at the time of booking. Payment must be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or personal check. Credit card charges will be processed by Collegiate Athletic Travel.

ROLL-AWAYS

Roll-aways may only be added to king-bedded rooms and will incur extra charges. Requests for roll-aways are subject to availability and differing fire and safety laws.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Due to the dollar amount of our packages, we strongly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance coverage. Medical insurance policies may not protect your travels away from home and often have out-of-network deductibles. Likewise, coverage through credit cards and travel suppliers can have shortfalls and not fully protect you.  For additonal information, please see our travel insurance page.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless the participant`s hotel space and ticket is resold. If space is resold, participant will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for unused transportation or for other package inclusions not used by the participant.
